Being a product of the inner city, I know children struggling with learning is not because of their ability to learn itself but most likely due to varying factors of life. Now that I've fought the fight, educated myself and figuratively, gotten out... My purpose is to give back! My ultimate goal in life is to educate, inspire and empower inner city youth, who lack the privileges, resources and opportunities as their peers in thriving neighboring communities. My role as a Math tutor is to simply equip my scholars with the tools needed to understand and apply concepts, creating a strong foundation to build on as they progress through the different phases of math.
